Delivery Policies

The indicated delivery times may vary. Although we will strive to achieve these deadlines, a delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, nor will OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL be responsible for any compensation to the client.

Our commitment to sell and deliver the goods offered is subject to the exhaustion of stocks of the advertised product. Therefore, in a commitment to quality and customer service, we will always try to make the advertised products available. However, exceptional circumstances may occur that lead to the exhaustion of stocks of the product; therefore, the order and the contract signed between the parties shall be rendered null and void by virtue of this clause resolutory, restoring fully to the customer in case of prepayment the amounts paid, without it being in favour of the same compensation whatsoever for the concept of breach of contract, consequential damages or lost profits.

The shipping option (transport) will be given by the customer, and the cost of the same (freight) will depend on the company's designation and the quality of service chosen by the customer. This service will be billed directly by the company that provides the service and OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL will not have responsibility in this procedure. However, it should be noted that we have tried to link the most efficient and recognised transport companies in the country to this service.

OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL will only have responsibility for the merchandise until it has been placed in the hands of the transport agency chosen by the customer. From this moment, the risk is assumed by the buyer, who has chosen the transport agency and decided the cost of the insurance. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier.

No order will be sent until it has been verified that payment has been made.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery service and they will be counted as non-working days.

The order will be delivered at the address designated at the time of purchase by the customer. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional costs on the sale price.

The customer is responsible for verifying the content and condition of the goods at the time of delivery. Once accepted and signed on the copy of the guide of the transport company, the customer expresses their agreement on the goods received and waives subsequent claims on the suitability and identity of the goods requested and received. In the case of checking errors in the received goods or that it is visually damaged, the customer must record these circumstances in the carrier's guide and bring these facts to OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL within 24 hours, by written complaint to the email comercial@antijellyfishpool.com.

Shipping Options

Orders for products in inventory are issued the same day for payments made before 2:30 PM. Otherwise, they are issued the next business day. Orders for products out of stock are dispatched in a maximum of 15 business days prior agreement with the buyer.

We work with the following shipping companies: SEUR & FEDEX. The costs and shipping times depend on the chosen company. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
